Jesus' first sermon was to let everyone knew He was the Messiah and and what His mission was. He used Isaiah to describe both. The scripture has been fulfilled. Jesus was going to proclaim the good news to the poor. We are all spiritually poor within ourselves. The good news is for everybody and Jesus doesn't want any of us to miss it. We must decide to respond to the good news while it is still called today.
