The "faith expect" Jesus had for His disciples when they fed the 5000 was for them to have a restful faith. they went there to get rest and to eat. By obeying Jesus and having faith Jesus will provide, the disciples did receive their rest and were fed themselves. Jesus expects us to have a restful faith so we can rest and fed as well.
