After we empty ourselves from all the sin and pollution in our hearts and lives, God is able to fill us with His Holy Spirit. Being filled with the Holy Spirit means a follower of Jesus empowered to live the life God intended for them by submitting to the presence, power and purpose of the Holy Spirit in their lives.
